Can I exchange or refund?
If there are any issues contact us so we can make things right. You have 21 days for any skincare. Candles, and bath products are final sale.

When will an out or stock item return?
If there is an item you wish to purchase that is out of stock, contact us through out “contact” tab or Dm us on instagram @kallon.ca and tell us which item you are looking to purchase, we can keep you updated and make sure are first to get that item when it returns.
